Piercing the design
Setting up prior to soldering the ferrule in place.
Bending the ribs with an accurately made jig.
Drilling the ferrule ready for the locating pins in the ribs.
The lid assembly ready for one of the soldering processes.
Forming the finial cradle. Note the pushing tool designed to prevent the ribs from twisting.
